So, where did your life with Footicubs begin Dylan?
I began left as an assitant coach at Footicubs in Chester and Wrexham which is a job I absolutely adored as it was weekend work and I could concentrate on my University teaching degree in Liverpool. Following on from that, I became a lead coach with more responsibility! Then, a few years ago, an opportunity arose to become a Franchisee at Footicubs Flintshire, which I grabbed with both hands!
What do you enjoy most about being involved with Footicubs?
I have a really good work/play balance where I coach on weekend mornings and work on the advertising and admin side of Footicubs during the week, which works really well for me. I am a sports fanatic so I enjoy time to myself to catch up on what's going on in the world of football outside of Footicubs.
Do you prefer being a coach or a Franchisee!?
Ah! really tricky question! I absolutely love interacting with the children and their parents/carers during lessons and this is when i'm at my 100% best but I also enjoy the business side of things; where I get the chance to grow my own business within my chosen territory and this is what really excites me each and every day.
Have you any final advice for those people who are debating making the jump into joining Footicubs as a coach or Franchisee?
Do it! Footicubs has a 100% success rate in everything it does and becoming a Footicubs Franchisee is the best thing i've done as I am now financially secure and get to coach Football to children and toddlers, what more could I ask for!
